Waking Trance

Deep hypnosis with eyes open is a deeply relaxed, yet wonderful energized, focused and alert state. A person in Waking Trance can do anything they would normally do while in their normal every day awake state. It is useful when playing sports, when doing a task, in class, studying, taking an exam, giving a presentation or simply reading. Waking Trance can also help you to better comprehend and retain information and readily bring it forward again.



Your Self Hypnosis Session...........

For self hypnosis, I offer a 2-Part Session. The first part is about 1.5 hours long. First you’ll learn how self hypnosis can help you to meet your goal, and then you'll begin conditioning your mind to move into self hypnosis, as well as practice moving into self hypnosis. We will schedule the second part of your session 5 to 7 days later. You will then learn how to give yourself suggestions to create the changes you desire for yourself. If you are interested I will also teach you Waking Trance. This second part is about 1 hour long, allowing extra time if choosing to also learn Waking Trance.
